Most of the work we carry out is in the leisure and commercial sector such as for pubs, hotels, residential homes, churches, factories and university buildings.

Plus we also carry out domestic contracts for various estate agents covering their managed properties.

Services

We cover all aspects of plumbing, heating and chlorination work, and make site visits so we can label all emergency valves in case of emergency, thus limiting damage to the property.

Through many years of training and qualifications we have gained experience in the commercial market place for plumbing and heating. The range of sectors covered includes pubs,  hotels, steel foundry’s, machine shops, welfare halls and food outlets.

We have carried out works for many more prestigious clients and associations but are unable to mention these  because of the data protection act. We pride ourselves on the commercial response to our clients and realise that their problem is our problem and that lack of heat/water may be a business critical issue. With our wealth of contacts over our trading years we have made good contacts to help our customers with many more of their problems, we can also supply air conditioning, catering, electrical and waste removal companies.

Servicing of appliances starts from £25 for multiple appliances (tube heaters with access provided) to around £100 for a large commercial boiler, please ring to gain a correct price for your appliance and location. We can also provide maintenance plans for all appliances including boilers, water heaters, tube heaters, air blowers and plaque heaters.

We also provide/ carry out inspection and consultancy reports and advice for most aspects of our fields.
